Hello,

Welcome to the 2025 annual report! Below is a more formal version of the report than in previous years. If you have any questions about this or need assistance please feel free to reach out:

Summary
The New Universes Project (TNU) continued to evolve as a mission-driven digital creative-community organization. While narrative role-play activity decreased significantly, organizational capacity grew in technical infrastructure, event programming, and community support initiatives. Programming emphasis shifted toward conventions, workshops, community services, and digital access support.

Key organizational development included appointing a full-time volunteer Chief Technology Officer in August 2025, strengthening long-term technical capacity, continuity, and systems oversight.
