As we approach the holiday season, The New Universes Project (TNU) will be entering a holiday leave of absence period, during which some of our operations will be reduced.
What this means:
Through Christmas Eve:
Our Technical Support, Community and Member Services teams will continue to monitor and respond to:
Support tickets
Service-related issues
Critical community moderation concerns
In addition Game Masters and SimmingHub Staff will continue to run games and workshops as well as standard support for web hosting and our role plays.
Christmas Day (December 25) & New Year’s Day (January 1):
TNU will be officially closed. During these days, technical staff will be on-call only for system-down or critical infrastructure issues and a moderator will be on-call for community emergencies. Non-urgent requests will be addressed once normal operations resume.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this reduced-operations period. This time allows our team and volunteers to rest, spend time with loved ones, and return refreshed for the new year.
